City Park Hotel & Residence, Poznan

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were lovely and spacious, but unfortunately, they were right above the restaurant facing its terrace with a summer opening party which was quite noisy. The staff, however, were super friendly and helpful with everything we needed, making our experience enjoyable. The location was great with lots of good restaurants and cafes around, but the staff's standard procedures affected the overall experience. The dining options were excellent, just a short distance away from the rooms.

The hotel offers spacious rooms that are more like mini apartments, equipped with kitchenettes, making it convenient for longer stays. The complex includes the Cuccina restaurant, a Casino, and a Well-being center, adding to the overall experience. The comfort level of the rooms is top-notch, but it may lack the cozy feel expected from a high-end 5-star hotel.

The hotel had very beautiful, big, and very clean rooms with a beautiful washroom in a modern style. The shopping arcade with kitchen, large bathroom & shower was in a second building away from the pool and breakfast restaurant. The service was nice and communicated well, though the reservation policy could be more guest-friendly. The location, while surrounded by restaurants, bars, and shops, had some maintenance issues and lacked empathy in resolving sudden needs. The dining experience was nice with fresh and delicious products, and the facilities met expectations. Overall, a mixed experience with notable positives and negatives.

The hotel's unique design ensures each room is on the same floor, providing peace and quiet with no neighbors above or below. The room itself was spacious, featuring a comfortable bed, sofa, kitchenette, and desk. Being directly in front of an Indian steakhouse adds a flavorful touch to the stay.

The hotel was in a unique location within renovated old army barracks, offering a mix of restaurants and shops. The rooms were super comfortable with a wonderfully big bed but were a bit far from the city center. The dining experience was superb, making the stay delightful. However, the service had some unprofessional instances. Prices were fair overall.
